General information
- The daily prices listed are per person and night, while the package prices are per person for the length of stay given along with the listed all-inclusives, assuming 2-person occupancy of a double room.
- Double rooms may be booked for single occupancy. The surcharge for single occupancy is 30% / 60% during summer high season / Christmas-New Year’s. Please note that not all double-room categories are available for single occupancy.
- For children 15 and under, the listed children’s prices apply, assuming accommodation in a room with 2 adults.
- For children 16 and up, the listed adult prices will apply.
- Reservations may be made by phone or in writing.
- A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation.
- Please note that the entire hotel, incl. balconies and terrace, is a non-smoking area.
- Your booked room is available for check-in on arrival day after 2 p.m.
- You are welcome to stay in your room on departure day until 11 a.m.
- Dogs are permitted on a limited basis. Please inform us at the time you make reservations about your desire to bring a dog. Charge € 19.00 (price per dog & night, food not included). Please note that, out of consideration for the other guests and for hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted in the bar, restaurant or wellness area. Any damage caused by dogs will be billed separately.
- It is not possible to book a specific room number or floor.
- If you have special dietary needs or food intolerances, please notify us well in advance of arrival, allowing us to cater to your person wishes.
- Due to high demand, we recommend making appointments for our Nature Spa in advance.
- For your sporting activities, we are happy to lend you at no charge bicycles, Nordic-walking and hiking poles, rucksacks and cross-country ski equipment (in winter).
- No deposit is required.

Please note that no-free wire transfers are not possible from Switzerland. - You are welcome to pay your final bill at the end of your stay in cash, with gift coupon, with your ATM/Maestro card, MasterCard or Visa.
- Cancellations are unpleasant for you as well as us, though we try to be generous even in the case of short-notice cancellations.
- The following rules apply to cancellations:
- Cancellations must be received in writing and be confirmed by us.
- In the event we are unable to rent out your rooms to other guests, the following charges shall apply:
- more than 3 months prior to arrival: no penalty
- from 3-1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the total cost
- from 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total cost
- in the last week prior to arrival, in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure: 100 % of the total cost
- Cancellations of a gift coupon received as a prize will result in loss of the value of the coupon.
- Reservations are handled in accordance with contracting guidelines established by the Austrian hotel industry.
- In order to avoid cancelation charges, we strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancelation insurance. We would be happy to take care of this and all the formalities, and will even pay the premium in advance of your arrival. In this case, you will need to settle your insurance bill along with that of your room when you are here.
- Holiday cancelation insurance must be purchased at the time you make your booking or no later than 5 days afterwards.
- Notify us by email or telephone if you wish us to purchase holiday cancelation insurance for you.
- We will then send the insurance policy directly to you.
