time and opportunity to let the four seasons melt on your tongue: a five-course gourmet menu – with a choice of: a vegetarian menu and a menu with meat and fish + salads from the buffet as an appetizer, or as a meal accompaniment +regional cheese, freshly and perfectly aged + homemade ice cream
And for delightful after-effects: take.me.home products – bread fresh out of the oven (Saturday or Sunday), lavender syrup, herbal salts, lovage spices, lemon-sugar, ... The selection varies by season. The joy remains year-round.

Rich in healing minerals, fresh as the morning world. Water from our own spring comes out of every tap in the house, out of every fountain in the house. And in our pool, you will even be able to bathe in it. Water is a treasure, set out in search of it – a footpath behind our hotel will lead you to the spring.
Christian Daberer drinks water, too. And preaches wine. Wine from small, exciting organic vintners, which he has discovered with an infallible nose and absolute passion. Which is why, our wine list is a fascinating travel journal of the Alps-Adriatic region, to natural wines, orange wines, organic wines and their makers.
